Internet, Online Business

Facebook pages have been receiving heaps of search engine admiration recently. A Facebook Page, at times called as a Fan Page, is a single page that you can create for whatever thing you would like or a particular topic you like such as a business profile, a celebrity, or whatever your heart wishes for on condition that you have the lawful rights to perform so.

But in making a Facebook Fan Page, you should be aware of the TOS or the Terms of Service. There are numerous Facebook Page Don’ts that you should be aware of so that your fan page will not be banned. Facebook has a number of written and unwritten regulations regarding networking and marketing. If you break one or all of these systems, you may receive a warning, or you could get banned completely.

Here are the possible reasons why you get banned and deactivated on Facebook Fan Page:

  • You create “too many” wall posts in a day, session or week – particularly if the posts have the same links and content
  • You create “too many” accounts
  • You mail “too many” friend requests in a day, session or week
  • You launch “too many” matching emails to individual friends or friend lists
  • You copy and paste very similar friend request message “too many” times
  • You poke “too many” friends
  • You message your Group members “too many” times
  • You join and connect “too many” groupings
  • You message your Event invites “too many” times
  • You post “too many” marketing links

So, did you sense the subject matter here? Being banned in the Facebook fan page simply focuses not on what you do, but on how many times you do it. Doing any of the abovementioned actions too many times, makes you seem like a spammer in the opinion of the Facebook regulation management.

Facebook also cracks down on anybody who tries to “sell” a page, or make use of their page as a means to seek affiliate links or to spam a list of fans. Facebook has been attacking on what they think are unnecessary handlings of Facebook Pages. Depending on how defectively you’ve dishonored the Terms of Service of Facebook; your account could be barred and deactivated.

In a nutshell, there are two conditions in Facebook TOS that will stimulate the deactivation of a page. First is if you have a page that is hurtful, threatening, or has an obscene content, and second if you have a page that has unauthorized usage or representation.
